Matthew Khoury, Co-Founder and CEO of LOKE Global and his team, worked closely with Auden to focus on the client experience. With a mission to enhance the back-office user benefits and identify roadblocks that impact the successful implementation of the product into the operation.

To do this, Auden successfully launched the product into one of their operations and throughout the process developed a strategic action plan alongside the LOKE team to identify challenges that faced the client and develop actionable solutions to help eliminate these obstacles. The actions streamlined integration issues, highlighted key stakeholders and helped to define key features to enhance the product.
