Adam Simmonds is a multi-award-winning chef who has been successful in some of the finest country house hotels having gained stars by The Michelin Guide at both Danesfield House and Ynyshir Hall. Proceeding this success, Adam went on to achieve further recognition being awarded the Cateys Award for Hotel Chef of the Year as well as 8/10 in the Good Food Guide and tipped as one of the top ten chefs to watch of the decade. ⁠

⁠After appearing on the Great British Menu twice Adam made his way to the final in the 2014 series cooking the starter course in St Paul’s Cathedral on the 70th Anniversary celebrations of D-Day.⁠

⁠Since then, Adam has run his pop-up restaurant, The Test Kitchen in Soho and in 2019 became a Chief Ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, in October 2022 Adam announced his project in collaboration with Soup Kitchen London to open a non-for-profit social enterprise restaurant, Home Kitchen, that will employ chefs from London’s homeless community offering them a City and Guilds qualification and a stable income above London’s living wage to give the opportunity to thrive.

⁠Auden has worked with Adam to refresh his personal brand in order to expand his projects moving forward, working together they developed a brand look and feel, a new website and a social strategy for launch. They also developed his newest concept, Wilderness by Adam Simmonds and together, are also working on a number of other pipeline projects and will be offering Adam both brands, strategic and operational support as these projects come to market in the near future.⁠
