Homies on Donkeys has quickly established a strong reputation for its delicious tacos and hip hop vibe, which has garnered a loyal following and multiple awards, including BBC's Best British Takeaway. In early 2023, the popular restaurant launched its first brick-and-mortar location in Leytonstone, and Auden Hospitality played a crucial role in making it happen.

Pre-Opening

As a trusted partner, Auden Founder Scot Turner provided invaluable support to Chef Smokey and Co-Founder Sandra throughout the opening process. This included developing a feasibility plan and business strategy, coaching the team through Auden's comprehensive pre-opening checklist, and providing expert guidance on financial processes and restaurant technology implementation.
