RedFarm London, which is positioned in the vibrant Covent Garden, commenced operations in 2018 in collaboration with Gates Hospitality. Experiencing a remarkable and rapid ascent, the restaurant swiftly secured a coveted spot among The Times' Top 100 restaurants in the UK.

Under the culinary guidance of Joe Ng, RedFarm London presents an innovative and refined approach to Chinese cuisine. While featuring Ng's renowned signature dishes from New York, such as the Pac Man dumplings, Shrimp-stuffed Crispy Chicken, and the Pastrami Egg Roll, the menu also introduces exclusive creations tailored specifically for the London audience, including the delectable Cheeseburger Spring Roll and the enticing Black Truffle & Chicken Soup Dumplings.

Throughout a six-month collaboration, Auden worked closely with Gates Hospitality CEO, Naim Madaad, meticulously evaluating the restaurant's current business performance and enacting pivotal strategic measures to enhance operational efficiency and achieve positive EBITDA outcomes.
