The Project.
Auden Hospitality was tasked to review the current operation and create an F&B Strategy to grow the performance of the F&B outlets, working in collaboration with the hotel team to elevate the offer and optimise opportunities.
Key Milestones.
As an ongoing strategic agreement, Auden is implementing revenue initiatives and activations to grow revenues and in three months saw a 34% increase over previous months.
Reviewed and implemented a new digital guest experience that focuses on guest acquisition and retention using Sevenrooms to automate guest communication and experience and enhance guest profiles.
Strategically repositioned the existing concept to be in line with owner expectations and establish as a neighbourhood Italian restaurant. Specific work included new elevator pitch and behaviours as well as a full product review including menu engineering and new menu development.
Developed full set of F&B standards including sequence of service, team roles & responsibilities and look books.
Procurement tender review of beverage items that resulted in a 6% cost reduction.
